Do I need to be fit to start?

No. You will get fit through training. We adjust to your current level.


Do I need gear?

Not for your first class. Long-term, gloves, shin guards, and wraps are recommended.


Will I get hit?

Partner drills involve controlled contact. Sparring is optional and only for those who choose it.
